WATTLE Leadership Program (Women ATTaining LEadership) is delighted to announce the launch of our Level C Academic Leadership Program, supporting mid-career women academics as they transition into more strategic leadership roles within the university sector.
This program has been developed in response to a recognised gap in professional development opportunities for Level C academics, as identified through feedback from WATTLE alumnae, partner institutions, and sector wide priorities.
This online program will be delivered in February 2026, and feature:
➡️ A Pre-Program Induction
➡️ 4 x Tailored Modules
➡️ A Post-Program Follow-Up Session.
