Associate Professor Natalie Milic

Natalie has a background in diagnostic pathology with a PhD in molecular pharmacology. While at Charles Darwin University she has developed a suite of professionally accredited medical laboratory science (and more recently biomedical science) courses to cater of the needs of the Northern Territory, which have proven their success with graduates now supervising current students.  

She is currently the Associate Dean of Work-Integrated Learning, and has experience in course development, teaching quality, student progression and complaints for Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training. Previously, Natalie has held a range of executive roles including the Associate Dean of Innovation, Associate Dean Learning and Teaching, Associate Dean Academic Disciplines, Head of Discipline where she has managed staff, provided strategic development, and supported the College Dean. Natalie has also held roles as Chair of the University Teaching and Learning Committee and Academic Board, which has given her great insight into the operation of the University, and involvement of strategic direction through interaction with governance sub-committees and Council.
